Original SS Signature of Generalmajor der Waffen SS Felix Steiner on Personnel Evaluation Document

This is an extremely fine 8 1/8" x 11 3/8" document bearing the original blue pencil signature of Felix Steiner as Kommandeur of SS Division "Wiking". Steiner was awarded the Knight's Cross with Oakleaves and Swords. This larger document has no folds or tears. Steiner is perhaps best remembered for his role in the 1945 Battle of Berlin, when Hitler ordered Steiner to break the siege of Berlin by the Russians. This document is a performance appraisal for promotion of a "SS Stubaf. Maack".

Nazi Army Officer's Dagger by Tiger with Hangers and Portapee

This is a very fine dagger set featuring a matching grey metal pommel and crossguard, with nice detail on the crossguard eagle/swastika and pommel oakleaves. This dagger has a very nice white celluloid grip with just one small hairline crack. The unsharpened steel blade has no edge dings and features the desirable "Tiger" maker's logo on the ricasso. There is some cloudiness on the straight blade. The original leather blade washer is present. The undented pebbled steel scabbard is straight and has its single throat screw present. The dagger hangers rate extremely fine with no significant wear to the silver/aluminum bullion straps or metal fittings. Nazi Army Officer's Monogrammed Dagger by E. Pack & Sohne with Distributor's Name and Portapee

This outstanding and desirable original Army dress dagger features a lovely unsharpened steel blade having most of its original cross-graining present. The blade rates near excellent and is straight with no edge dings. The original leather blade washer is present. The dagger maker's logo for Ernst Pack & Sohne, Solingen appears on the reverse side of the blade ricasso. The scarce dagger distributor's marking for "A. SEYSEN, BAMBERG" appears on the obverse side of the blade ricasso. This earlier dagger has all nickeled fittings, with the crossguard having the original owner's monogram expertly hand-engraved on the reverse side. The celluloid grip has an attractive even orange color and has just a couple small hairline cracks by the ferrule. The undented nickeled scabbard is straight and has a nice even age patina. Nazi Luftwaffe Map Case with Map and Celluloid Holder

This is a very fine pebbled brown leather map case with two internal folder pockets, and external pockets for pencils, etc. The expandable map case features two leather belt loops with buckles. The map case is Luftwaffe-marked "L.B.A. B 39" on the inside top flap. The map case comes with a fine clear celluloid map holder having leather trim that is maker-marked and dated "1935". Inside the map holder is a folded paper map of part of Italy on one side, and Paris on the other side. The map is marked to the "OKH" (Oberkommando des Heeres) and dated 1943.

Nazi Police Dress Bayonet by E&F Hörster with Matching Numbers

This is an outstanding example of the converted Nazi Police bayonet featuring a lovely bright unsharpened nickeled cut-down 12 7/8" blade. The blade ricasso bears the maker's name "E&F HÖRSTER SOLINGEN" on one side, and the Hörster logo on the other side. The straight blade has about 98% of its beautiful nickeled finish. The bayonet hilt features all heavy nickeled fittings with an unslotted "eagle's head" pommel, and oakleaf designs on the crossguard. The crossguard bears the stamped unit marking "L.Hi. 4" which matches the marking on the scabbard throat (issued to the Landjaegerei, Hildesheim district, item #4). The lovely cut-down stag grip panels feature the Nazi aluminum police eagle/swastika emblem. The scabbard body is 100% covered by its polished brown leather covering with tight stitching. Nazi 1940 "Entry into Mühldorf" Victory Parade Medallion

This is a rarer near excellent large medallion (measures about 2" diameter) that was issued on July 17, 1940 for the parade of the "victorious soldiers of Adolf Hitler into Mühldorf", a town in Bavaria, after the victory over France. This zinc medallion shows soldiers entering the Mühldorf market square on one side, and various coats-of-arms on the other side.

This is an outstanding earlier dress dagger with all-nickeled fittings and a near excellent straight unsharpened blade. The blade retains most of its original cross-graining, and features the desirable "SMF Solingen" seated king logo on the blade ricasso. The blade has no edge dings and has a sharp pointed straight tip. The original leather blade washer is present. The finish on both the nickeled crossguard and pommel matches with some light surface wear and age patina. The orange celluloid grip is solid and rates very fine with a couple hairline cracks near the pommel. The undented nickeled scabbard is straight and retains its two original throat screws. Nazi Army Artillery Officer's Lionhead Sword with Scarcer Riveted Eagle/Swastika Emblem

This is a desirable and scarcer unattributed pattern sword featuring a brass lion's head pommel with two ruby-red glass eyes. This sword features an unusual brass Wehrmacht pattern eagle/swastika emblem riveted onto the obverse langet. The reverse side of the langet features a "crossed cannons" raised design. The black celluloid grip features triple brass wire grip wrap with all strands present but needing slight re-arrangement. There is one small crack on the grip near the pommel but no chips. The 32" chromed steel blade is straight with a nice sharp tip and no edge dings. The blade has numerous small plating spots on the plated finish. The original leather blade washer is present. The undented straight steel scabbard retains most of its original glossy black paint finish with some rust spotting. Both original scabbard throat screws are present. Nazi Police Officer's Sword by Richard Herder with Knot

This is a desirable police officer's sword with the SS runes stamped onto the blade ricasso. This sword features an unsharpened plated steel blade with the maker's name "RICH. A. HERDER SOLINGEN" on the blade ricasso. The blade measures about 33 1/2" long and is straight with a nice sharp pointed tip. There are no edge dings to the blade, but there are scattered rust spots. The nickeled sword hilt is very fine with some age patina and a few rust spots. The black wood grip has no significant dings, cracks or chips and features the tight aluminum grip wrap. The grip also features an extremely fine copper Police eagle/swastika grip inset. The near excellent steel scabbard has nickel fittings and retains about 98% of its original glossy black paint finish. The scabbard is straight and has no dents. Nazi Kriegsmarine Coastal Artillery EM Overseas Cap with Name Tag

This is a very fine KM overseas cap constructed of grey/green wool with white stitching. This cap features an embroidered Kriegsmarine yellow-on-green eagle/swastika patch hand-sewn onto the front (slightly loose hand-stitching along one wing edge), along with a separate embroidered cockade button patch. The cap interior features an off-white satin cloth lining with some lining wear spots along the cap edge. There is a cloth name tag sewn onto the lining, with the sailor's name "A. This is an extremely fine and complete tropical pith helmet featuring a dark brown felt covering over the hard cork body with just some light depression body dents. Both the eagle/swastika and national colors aluminum plaques are present. The top screw-on dome nut is covered in tan canvas and rates near excellent. The dark grey leather chinstrap and trim rate near excellent. The helmet interior features an excellent light leather sweat band that is stamped with the maker's code and date "JTA 1942" and size "56. The bright red felt inner lining is excellent.

This is a very desirable earlier NSKK dagger featuring all matching nickeled fittings on both the dagger and scabbard. The dagger features an extremely fine blade with much cross-graining and no edge dings. The blade tip is sharp and straight. The blade ricasso features the acid-etched 'seated king" maker's logo for SMF Solingen. The "Alles fur Deutschland" motto is crisp and clear. The crossguard is Group-marked "Ns" for Niedersachsen. The wood grip is a nice dark brown with a lifted crack by the crossguard but no chips. The grip features a nickeled eagle/swastika metal inset. The SA enameled rune button has some age wear to the enamel. The undented steel scabbard body has almost all of its original NSKK black paint finish present with some surface freckling.
