Nazi 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class with Iron Cross Envelope. This is an outstanding set consisting of a near excellent Iron Cross with all its black paint finish on the magnetic iron center, and a lovely silver-finished frame. The medal ribbon is excellent. There is a faint stamped marking on the ribbon ring that I can’t make out and may not be the correct maker for the envelope. The blue/grey issue paper envelope is complete with some wear and a small split on the back slot. The envelope is maker-marked “J.E. Hammer & Sohn, Geringswalde”. Our price…$150 set. SOLD

This medal comes with its parade mount ribbon and separate eagle/swastika metal device attached to the ribbon. Nazi Reichsbahn Porcelain Teapot Numbered “202”. This is a very attractive teapot constructed of gorgeous white porcelain with gold trim around the edges. A large gold eagle/swastika with “DR” (Deutsche Reichsbahn) symbol is on front. The teapot bottom features the maker’s mark for the famous Nymphenburg porcelain company in Bavaria. This teapot measures about 4” tall and is missing its cover. The handle has been reattached due to clean breaks in two spots. Nazi Hitler Youth Armband. This is a very fine original multi-piece armband with the white diamond patch having a machine-sewn black cloth tape swastika. The white patch is machine-sewn onto the multi-piece armband, with the white stripe separately machine-sewn onto the red armband. The armband ends are machine-sewn together. Nazi Salad Fork from Adolf Hitler’s Personal Dining Car. This is a historic and extremely fine high quality salad fork that bears Adolf Hitler’s personal train car number “244”. This fork was part of Hitler’s personal tableware from his dining car number 244 during the war years, according to the reference book “The Encyclopedia of Third Reich Tableware” by James A. Yannes. The fork handle bears the raised “DR” (Deutsche Reichsbahn) eagle/swastika emblem on the obverse side, and the Bruckmann maker’s marking “B with locomotive” on the reverse side along with the “90” silver-plate marking and the “244” train car number. This historic fork measures about 7” long and has a few typical dings from normal use. Our price…$395. SOLD

Nazi “Der Deutsche Hof” Hotel Teapot. This is a nice original silver-plated teapot from the famed Der Deutsche Hof Hotel in Nuremberg which was the hotel that Hitler favored and stayed at when he attended the annual Reichsparteitag rallies. The NSDAP purchased the hotel in 1935, and the silverware and serving pieces were marked with the NSDAP symbol of the swastika within wreath. This teapot is also marked “Der Deutsche Hof” on front, with the 0,25l capacity marking and matching “740” markings on the hinged lid and creamer bottom. The teapot measures about 6” high and the silver finish has a heavy patina. The bottom edge is maker-marked “GEBR. HEPP 90”. There are the usual dings from normal dining service use. Nazi Army Officer’s Staff Car Pennant. This multi-piece double-sided car pennant features two grey rayon triangular panels machine-sewn together, with a large spread-winged eagle embroidered on each side. The pennant measures about 11 3/4” long. The edges and halyard cord sleeve are trimmed with a white strip of cotton-rayon. The halyard cord is missing and there is slight fraying on the pennant end tip and halyard sleeve corner, plus a few rust spots. Otherwise, a very attractive car pennant that would make a nice display item with your Army dagger. Our price…$325. SOLD

WWI German Grouping Set. This is an interesting grouping of several nice items including a WWI German Iron Cross 2nd Class with marked ring, a WWI German Army EM belt buckle, and a two-ribbon bar for the WWI Iron Cross 2nd Class and 1914-18 Honor Cross. The Iron Cross rates extremely fine with 98% of its original black paint finish present, and a pleasing age patina to the silver-finished frame. The steel Army EM belt buckle rates fine with its original finish gone. The two-ribbon bar shows soiling on both ribbons with the mounting pin and catch missing on the back. The bar doesn’t have ring hooks (perhaps the medals were sewn on at one time). Our price…$95 set. SOLD
