WWI German Iron Cross Marked “L/13”. This is a very fine original Iron Cross with 98% of its original black paint finish on the steel (magnetic) center. The silver-finished frame has a nice age patina. The reverse side has a slight surface dent that doesn’t affect the badge front. Catch may have been re-attached, but not sure. The LDO maker’s marking “L/13” (Paul Meybauer, Berlin maker) is stamped below the catch indicating this is a desirable private purchase medal. Our price…$225. SOLD

Nazi Army Artillery EM Overseas Cap. This is an outstanding near excellent overseas cap featuring the red soutache indicating “artillery” branch. This cap is constructed of heavy grey/green wool with an OD green cotton cloth lining and having a painted metal ventilation grommet on each side. The embroidered eagle/swastika and cockade patches are neatly hand-sewn onto the front. The inside liner is maker-marked, size-stamped and dated “WILLY SPRENGPFEIL MUTZENFABRIK HAMBURG 19” with “1940” and size “57”. There are a few surface moth tracks on the hat but no holes. Nazi SA Dagger Dated 1941 by Tigerwerk Lauterjung & Co. This is an outstanding SA dagger with the acid-etched RZM maker’s code “M7/68” on the blade for the “Tigerwerk Lauterjung & Co. Solingen” maker. The dagger blade is also marked with the year of manufacture “1941”. The dagger’s lovely unsharpened polished steel blade has no edge dings and features a nice sharp pointed straight tip. Most of the blade’s original cross-graining is still present. The blade has the acid-etched “Alles fur Deutschland” motto with the original darkening agent still present in the letters. The blade has some scattered small surface spots and typical runner marks. The shaped wood dagger grip with nice chromed fittings has no cracks or significant dings and rates near excellent. The grip features an excellent aluminum eagle/swastika inset and an excellent brown enameled nickel SA rune button. The undented steel scabbard body retains about 97% of its original dark brown painted finish. The brightly chromed scabbard fittings rate near excellent with all four of the original scabbard screws present. The scabbard ball tip end is undented. This dagger comes with its original chromed metal hanger snap clip that is RZM marked. A superb dagger. Our price…$450. SOLD

This is a near excellent heavy red wool armband with black cloth tape swastika separately machine-sewn onto the ribbed white circle which is machine-sewn onto the red armband. The blue piping on the upper and lower edges indicates this armband is an “Orstgruppe Politisches Leiter Anwarter” armband. The center white circle has some edge wrinkles (I haven’t ironed it). Nazi Fire Police NCO Overseas Cap. This is an outstanding near excellent cap constructed of navy blue wool with fold-down side panels. This cap features carmine wool piping. The cap front features a machine-woven Nazi police eagle/swastika patch that is machine-sewn onto the front. The cap interior features a grey cotton cloth lining that is size-stamped “57”. Nazi Dinner Fork from Adolf Hitler’s Guest Wagon Car. This is a historic high quality dinner fork that was part of the tableware from Hitler’s guest sleeping wagon number “231” on Hitler’s personal train during the war years, according to the reference book “The Encyclopedia of Third Reich Tableware” by James A. Yannes. The fork handle bears Hitler’s guest wagon car number “231” on the reverse side, along with the “90” silver-plate marking and the Bruckmann maker’s marking “B with locomotive”. There are some scratches and dings on the markings. The handle obverse features the raised “DR” (Deutsche Reichsbahn) eagle/swastika emblem. This historic fork measures about 8 3/8” long and has a nice age patina. Our price…$225. SOLD

Nazi “Lion Head” Army Officer’s Sword by Alcoso. This is an outstanding and desirable Alcoso “Model Nr. 119” lion head pattern sword with much of the original gold gilting still present on the brass hilt. The nicely detailed lion’s head features two red glass eyes. This sword features a gleaming 31” unsharpened polished steel blade in near excellent condition and bearing the Alcoso “scales” logo on the ricasso. The original leather blade washer is present. The near excellent black celluloid grip features tight brass triple-wire grip wrap. The undented steel scabbard retains about 92% of its original glossy black paint finish. Rare Formal Linen Dinner Napkin for Nazi Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop.   This is an outstanding and rare near excellent original fine linen dinner napkin for von Ribbentrop, Hitler's Foreign Minister. This linen napkin measures approximately 16" square and features a highly detailed embroidered symbol of the Nazi diplomatic corps on one corner. That symbol includes a large eagle/swastika above a globe and wreath, and measures about 3 3/8” high by 3 3/4” wide.  This linen napkin is near excellent with no holes or tears, and just a few small stains.  I believe the von Ribbentrop linen napkin is rarer than the formal Adolf Hitler napkin.
