The prices we offer to pay for all items we seek to buy or obtain in any manner are based on the value of the item in its existing form, not on the item’s meltdown value of the precious metal content (except for certain precious metal coins, bullion or ingots). We assume NO LIABILITY for any item we offer, sell, trade, exchange, deliver or give away. We assume NO LIABILITY for the safety or safe use or safe display of any item we offer, sell, trade, exchange, deliver or give away. We assume NO LIABILITY for accidents, misuse or illegal use, illegal acquisition, illegal display or illegal wear of any item we offer, sell, trade, exchange, deliver or give away. All customers must be of the appropriate legal age to conduct any business with and/or acquire any item or service from us in any way. By doing any business with us the customer agrees to assume all risks arising from and/or relating to the customer's (or any other entity's) ownership and/or use of any item or service obtained in any way from us and to hold us harmless from any and all claims arising from and/or relating to the customer's or any other entity's ownership and/or use of any items or services obtained in any way from us. We assume NO LIABILITY for any mistakes, misspellings, misinformation, errors or omissions we make or provide relating to any business we conduct, any service we offer or any item we offer, sell, trade, exchange, deliver or give away. We assume NO LIABILITY for any mistakes, misspellings, misinformation, errors or omissions we make in our business or personal conversations or communications, including in emails, text messages, telephone conversations or messages, personal conversations or communications, by mail or by any other means of communication including our entire website. We assume NO LIABILITY for any mistakes, misspellings, misinformation, errors or omissions we make relating to any item's pricing or any item's charged costs to the customer for any item we offer, sell, trade, exchange, deliver or give away except to refund any overcharges (as determined by us) for the item itself to the customer or to ask for additional payment from the customer if we undercharge for any item we offer, sell, trade, exchange, deliver or give away. We are under no obligation or liability to refund, or compensate for, any overpayment or underpayment of any shipping and/or handling costs paid by the customer or any other entity to us. We assume NO LIABILITY for any mistakes, misspellings, misinformation, errors or omissions we make or provide relating to any written description, verbal description, image or photograph of any item we offer, sell, trade, exchange, deliver or give away. We reserve the right to pre-sell items prior to their appearance on our website without any notice or compensation to our customers or any other entity. We reserve the right to publish and/or post on our websites (or on any other website or media of our choosing including emails and text messages) photographs, images and/or other illustrations which may be edited or enhanced, enlarged or reduced in size, retouched, and might or might not reflect the actual size, color or features of the item being illustrated and/or offered for sale or trade without any notice to our customers or any other entity. We are not responsible and assume NO LIABILITY for the content of, or the products or services offered on, any websites linked to our website. We are not responsible and assume NO LIABILITY for any information concerning our website or business (whether such information is inaccurate, incorrect, outdated or not) that may appear in any reference, listing or website. We reserve the right to change and/or make exceptions to "Our Legal Statement" and to any and all of our other information and terms of business and sale (including but not limited to our Buying Terms, our Consignment Terms, our Guarantee of Authenticity, our HOW TO ORDER information and terms, and our Payment and Shipping information and terms) at any time without any notice or compensation to our customers or any other entity. The information and terms of our "Guarantee of Authenticity" and our "REFUND POLICY" do not apply to sales of our items (or items consigned to us) made at military shows, antiques stores, antique shows or any other venue except through our websites, through our "Auction Back-Up Program", or through our "War Relic Update Alerts" email program. All times we list on our website listings are Central Time.

Minnesota residents are responsible for paying their State and local sales taxes (when applicable) on items ordered from us. Customers outside of Minnesota are responsible for paying their local State sales and use taxes on items ordered from us. Foreign customers are responsible for paying any import taxes and customs fees.

We refer all firearms to a FFL licensed collector who buys curio and relic firearms for his own private collection. We DO NOT buy, sell, trade or accept for consignment any firearms or ammunition. We DO NOT buy, sell, trade or accept for consignment any items which violate our local, State and/or Federal law. We DO NOT buy, sell, trade or accept for consignment any American police or American law enforcement items or any colorable imitations thereof. Any customer who wishes to purchase or otherwise acquire any item or service in any way from us is responsible for checking and complying with all of their (the customer's) respective Federal, State and local laws and ordinances (and any other laws) before purchasing, ordering or receiving any item or service we offer. Insurance on items consigned to us is the consignor's responsibility. Insurance on any items sent to or returned to us for any reason is the responsibility of the sender, not us. We reserve the right to specify and change without any notice or compensation to our customers or any other entity what type and method of credit card or debit card or "paper" payment (such as personal and business checks, money orders, cashiers checks, bank drafts, etc.) or any other type of payment method we will accept from our customers for items or anything else ordered from us. Please do not email your credit card or debit card information to us as we do not accept emailed credit card or debit card numbers. We reserve the right to determine the type and form of payment made to (or received from) anyone selling to, consigning items to, or doing any business with us. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Please DO NOT send "cash" to us for any purchase or payment of any type. We do not routinely offer layaway purchases or installment payments or time payments for purchases. If a layaway payment, time payment or installment payment arrangement is offered by us to a buyer for a specific item or items, the buyer must make a down payment of 25% of the full purchase price of the item(s) being ordered under this arrangement. The item(s) ordered will be shipped to the buyer upon receipt of the final payment. The buyer must complete the payments for the full purchase price of the specific item(s) purchased under this arrangement within 35 days of receipt by us of the initial down payment. Otherwise, all payments made by the buyer for the item(s) ordered under the specific layaway, time or installment purchase arrangement shall be forfeited to us. We presently do not SHIP orders to anyone outside the United States and Canada. Any person from other countries ordering an item for themselves or for anyone else would actually have to have the item delivered to an address in the United States. All customers are responsible for paying their own respective Federal, State and local sales and use taxes and import taxes or customs fees on items ordered from us. We accept PayPal, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. We also accept money orders and U.S. personal checks. Our company policy prohibits us from listing items as "GIFTS" on Customs forms. Our company policy prohibits us from undervaluing items or misidentifying items on Customs forms. Due to the difficulty in insuring orders shipped to foreign customers, all orders shipped outside of the United States are sent without insurance coverage. We are not responsible for any financial or other claims relating to the loss, damage, etc. of orders shipped outside of the United States. We DO NOT buy, sell or trade and we DO NOT accept for consignment any firearms or ammunition, illegal items, medical kits or medical items, U.S. police or law enforcement items, any police or law enforcement or federal badges of any kind, gravity knives, switchblade knives, cane knives, knuckle knives, restraining devices, gasmasks, flare pistols, replica guns, tobacco products, combustible items, altered coins or altered currency, counterfeit items, altered items, items with any glow-in-the-dark parts or coating, items containing mercury, ammunition, shell casings or inert ordnance, dummy or inert grenades, any ordnance items, or any item that violates our local, State and/or Federal law. We DO NOT accept for consignment any coins, banknotes, currency, tokens or scrip, other U.S. obligations and securities, philatelic or postal items.

Any customer who acquires in any way from us any military or civilian medal or medal bar, medal ribbon or ribbon bar, award, award document or certificate, badge, patch, emblem, flag, streamer, plaque, uniform or part of any uniform, insignia, or any other military or civilian item agrees that he or she (the customer) is a "collector" of such items, and the customer further agrees not to illegally wear, display or use such items nor to misrepresent himself or herself to acquire such items. The customer further agrees not to falsely claim to have been awarded or have earned such item(s). Any customer who acquires in any way from us any law enforcement and/or police medal or medal bar, medal ribbon or ribbon bar, award, award document or certificate, badge, patch, emblem, flag, streamer, plaque, uniform or part of any uniform, insignia, or any other law enforcement and/or police item agrees that he or she (the customer) is a "collector" of such items, and the customer agrees not to illegally wear, display or use such items nor to misrepresent himself or herself to acquire such items. The customer further agrees not to falsely claim to have been awarded or have earned such item(s).

You (the customer or any other entity) warrant by ordering or obtaining any item or service from us, or by doing any type of business with us, that you are without any legal restrictions from ordering or receiving such item(s) or doing such business and that you are complying with all your local, State, Federal and/or other laws and that such items as you order or otherwise obtain from us can be legally shipped and/or delivered to you. We assume NO LIABILITY and no responsibility for determining the legality of your ordering and/or receiving of any of the items or services offered by or obtained from us. We assume NO LIABILITY and no responsibility for determining the legality of your use of any of the items or services offered by or obtained from us. We also assume no responsibility or liability for any damages to your computer or other equipment for viruses that may infect your computer or other equipment because of your use of, access to, or browsing on our website or because of your downloading any text, images, data, or any other material from our website or due to subscribing to and/or receiving our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notifications. Subscribers to our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service should receive an emailed alert whenever a LARGER or significant selection of new war relics or other collectibles is listed, and should receive an emailed alert for our selected special offerings and promotions as well as our sales and informational notices. We reserve the right to unsubscribe any subscriber or subscribers to our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to the subscriber(s) or any other person or entity. We reserve the right to not accept a request or requests for subscription to our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service at our discretion without any explanation, notice or compensation to those requesting such subscriptions or to any other person or entity. We reserve the right to expand, limit, modify, discontinue and/or change our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service and terms at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to the subscribers or any other person or entity. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes, and to change what constitutes, a "LARGER or significant selection of new war relics or other collectibles" in relation to our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to the subscriber(s) or any other person or entity. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes, and to change what constitutes, "selected special offerings and promotions" as well as "sales and informational notices" in relation to our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to the subscriber(s) or any other person or entity. We are not responsible or liable for any malfunctions, technical problems, mistakes, errors or omissions relating to the "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service. We reserve the right to determine, define and change what constitutes a "Just Listed" item, or war relic, or collectible, at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to those viewing our website page(s) or to those who have subscribed to our "War Relic Update Alerts" emailed notification service or to any other person or entity. We reserve the right to take or produce photographs, images and/or illustrations (such as still images, digital images, moving images or any other type of image or illustration) of any and all items sent to or offered to us for any reason, and to edit or enhance, enlarge or reduce in size, or retouch such photographs, images and/or illustrations at any time and in any manner and for any purpose we see fit, and to publish, use or post such photographs, images and/or illustrations in any media (including emails and text messages) and/or on any websites (including any websites which are either affiliated with us or not affiliated with us) at any time we see fit without any notice or compensation to any person or entity. We reserve the right to use for any purpose any photographs, images and/or illustrations (such as still images, digital images, moving images or any other type of image or illustration) sent to us, and we reserve the right to edit or enhance, enlarge or reduce in size, or retouch such photographs, images and/or illustrations and to publish and/or use such photographs, images and/or illustrations at any time and in any manner and for any purpose we see fit, including publishing or posting such photographs, images and/or illustrations in any media (including emails and text messages) and/or on any websites (including our websites and websites which are either affiliated with or not affiliated with us) at any time we see fit without any notice or compensation to the original image's owner, the sender of the image or any other person or entity. Anyone who sells and/or trades any item(s) to us agrees that any applicable Minnesota and/or any other States' applicable sales and/or use tax is part of the total price charged to us for the item(s), and that we are not responsible for paying any Minnesota and/or any other States' sales and/or use taxes on any items sold to or traded to us. You (the customer or any other entity) warrant by ordering any item(s) from us that you have no legal restrictions from ordering the item(s) and that you are complying with all local, State, Federal and/or other laws and that you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes including any applicable sales and/or use taxes and import taxes and/or customs fees. We reserve the right to re-list and/or re-sell a consignment item or items being returned for a refund by the customer before the customer is sent the refund for the item(s) the customer is returning. We reserve the right to determine which items we offer have a five-day return privilege. We reserve the right to re-list and/or re-sell any item or items being returned for a refund by the customer before the customer is sent the refund for the item(s). We reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion to any of the terms and conditions of this "Our Legal Statement" and/or any of our other business terms and conditions as listed on our website or provided by us in any way to anyone.

Anyone interested in selling items to us (or trading items with us) must agree to all our buying terms before conducting any such business with us. Any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us any item(s) for any reason warrant that the item(s) being sent, transferred, delivered and/or offered to us are their (any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us any item) legal property and that such item(s) are legal to buy, sell, trade, consign, transfer, exchange or give away and that all local, State and Federal laws are being observed by such sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering of such items to us. Any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us any item(s) for any reason warrant that they (any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us any item) are responsible for determining the legality of such actions and that they agree to hold us harmless in any way for anything which might violate any local, State and/or Federal law. Anyone who sells, trades or gives to us any item containing any amount of precious metal must be at least 18 years old or older. Anyone who sells and/or trades any item(s) to us agrees that any applicable Minnesota and/or any other States' applicable sales and/or use tax is part of the total price charged to us for the item(s), and that we are not responsible for paying any Minnesota and/or any other States' sales and/or use taxes on any items sold to or traded to us. We agree to pay negotiated "reasonable" postage or shipping costs (as determined by us) for original item(s) we ask you to send to us, unless the party sending the item(s) to us agrees to pay such postage or shipping costs or unless the shipping costs aren't negotiated at time of sale to us or unless such postage or shipping costs are unreasonable as determined by us. We reserve the right to determine the type and form of payment made to (or received from) anyone selling to, consigning items to, or doing any business with us. Please do not send us any reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items or items of "questionable" authenticity. We reserve the right to return any item or items to the seller for a full refund at any time if such items purchased by us are discovered to be reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items or items of "questionable" authenticity. Insurance on items sent to us is the sender's responsibility. Any person or persons sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering us any item(s) accepts all these terms and conditions when sending, transferring, delivering and/or offering any item(s) to us.

Anyone interested in consigning items to us must agree to all our consignment terms before consigning any items to us. We, as the consignee, reserve the right to decline to accept any item(s) for consignment at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to the consignor or any other entity. We reserve the right to list consigned items on our website(s) at our convenience, with no specified listing schedule imposed on us. We reserve the right to cancel the website listing of any consignment item(s), and to return any consignment item(s) without any explanation, notice or compensation to consignor or any other entity at any time we (the consignee) choose to do so. We do not accept consignments from outside the United States. We reserve the right to change, revise and/or make exceptions to our consignment terms at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to consignors or any other entity. We reserve the right to change the commission fee rates at any time without any explanation, notice or compensation to consignors or any other entity, with such new commission fee rates only applying to consignment items received by us after such consignment commission fee rates are changed (we reserve the right to make exceptions). We reserve the right to discontinue offering a consignment service at any time we choose to do so without any explanation, notice or compensation to any consignor or any other entity. We reserve the right to sell consigned items at standard commission fees without actually listing the consigned items on our website(s). We reserve the right at any time to purchase from the consignor any consigned item at the listed or agreed to retail price minus the appropriate commission. By consigning any item or items to us, the consignor gives permission to us (the consignee) to bring, display and/or sell such consigned items at militaria shows and/or other venues, and to display and/or list for sale and sell such consigned items through our "War Relic Update Alerts" email program or through any email, on our website(s) or other websites and/or through any other media or personal contact. Insurance on items sent to and/or consigned to us is the sender's and/or consignor's responsibility. We are not responsible for insurance on consigned items. If a consigned item or consigned items are sold by us to a customer and the item(s) are then returned to us by that customer for a refund, we reserve the right to then return those consigned item(s) to the consignor without re-listing the returned item(s) again on our website. The customer purchasing the consignment item(s) through our website, through our "War Relic Update Alerts" email program, or through our "Auction Back-Up Program" is allowed a five-day inspection privilege. We reserve the right to re-list and/or re-sell a consignment item or items being returned for a refund by the customer before the customer is sent the refund for the item(s). Please do not submit reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items or items of "uncertain" authenticity. We reserve the right to take or produce photographs and/or images (such as still images, digital images, moving images and/or any other type of image or illustration) of any and all items sent and/or offered to us for any reason, and to publish and/or use such photographs, images and/or illustrations at any time and in any manner and for any purpose we see fit, including posting such photographs, images and/or illustrations on any website or websites (including websites which are either affiliated with us or not affiliated with us) and/or other media including emails and text messages at any time we see fit without any notice or compensation to any person or entity. Photographs, images and/or illustrations of consignment items on our website(s) and/or on any other website or media including emails and text messages on which we post photographs, images and/or illustrations may be edited or enhanced, retouched, enlarged or reduced in size by the consignee, and might or might not be the actual size or color of the item. Shipping and handling costs for the return of reproduction items, partial reproduction items, altered items, items of "uncertain" authenticity or any items that we deem not acceptable for consignment are the consignor's responsibility. We reserve the right to determine the type and form of payment made to (or received from) anyone selling to, consigning items to, or doing any business with us. Any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering us any item(s) for any reason warrant that the item(s) being sent, delivered and/or offered to us are their (any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering us any item) legal property and that such item(s) are legal to buy, sell, trade, consign, exchange or give away and that all local, State and Federal laws are being observed by such sending, delivering and/or offering of such items to us. Any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering us any item(s) for any reason warrant that they (any person or persons sending, delivering and/or offering us any item) are responsible for determining the legality of such actions and that they agree to hold us harmless in any way for anything which might violate any local, State and/or Federal law. The consignor must call us and describe the items the consignor wishes to consign to us before actually shipping any items to us. We reserve the right to either accept or reject items for consignment. The consignor is responsible for paying any applicable taxes on items consigned to us. The consignor accepts all of our consignment terms and commission fee rates when submitting consignment items to us. We (the consignee) reserves the right to sell consigned items at standard commission fee rates without actually listing the consigned items on our website(s). We (the consignee) reserve the right at any time to purchase from the consignor any consigned item at the listed or agreed to retail price minus the appropriate commission fee.

Precious Metal Coins and Items - All coins (including bullion coins) and items purchased by us, or offered for sale by us, which may contain any precious metal are being bought or sold strictly for the coin's or item's numismatic, historical or artistic value only. Anyone who sells, trades, gives or consigns to us any item containing any amount of precious metal must be at least 18 years old or older. The seller or buyer of these coins or items agrees by selling or buying such coins or items to or from us that such coins or items aren't being sold or purchased for their precious metal content, if any, and that the precise precious metal weight and content of such coins and items have not been measured or verified by us. Please refer to the coin's or item's photos on our website listing and/or on our "War Relic Update Alert" email for their condition and identification details. All coins (including bullion coins) sold by us are subject to our five-day return privilege unless otherwise noted.

Our "Auction Back-Up Program" for consigned items - If a consigned item doesn't sell after being listed on our website for 30 days, we may at our discretion give the consignor the option of having us list the consigned item on eBay as an auction item at NO ADDITIONAL PREPARATION COST to the consignor. The item will be listed by us on the eBay auction site for a seven-day auction with the starting bid to be not more than 50% of the last retail price listed for the item on our website(s). We reserve the right to list consigned items on the eBay auction site at a higher "starting bid" price at our discretion. If an item fails to sell during the initial auction listing we reserve the right to re-list the unsold item for subsequent seven-day auctions at our discretion. The consignor will be charged our standard 25% commission fee based on the winning bid amount ($15 minimum commission fee per item). We will return the item to the consignor if the item fails to sell on the auction site. The consignor is responsible for compensating us for any fees charged to us by eBay or any other auction site relating to the auction listing and sale of the consigned item. Please note: Certain "Nazi" items are not eligible for auction listing on eBay. Thus all consignment items relating to the Third Reich will instead be listed for auction on an auction site that allows such items for their minimum auction period, with the same terms as listed above.

You (the customer, subscriber, seller, consignor, or any other party who contacts or conducts any business with us) agree with and accept all the terms and conditions of this "Our Legal Statement" when you order, purchase, trade, exchange, sell, send, deliver, consign, give away, subscribe to, are given or acquire in any manner any item or service offered by or related to us and/or when you contact or conduct any business with us. You (the customer, subscriber, seller, consignor or any other party who contacts or conducts any business with us) or anyone viewing any of our other pages on our website(s) agree that you are responsible for reviewing "Our Legal Statement" on a regular basis. You (the customer, subscriber, seller, consignor or any other party who contacts or conducts any business with us) agree to accept and abide by all the terms and conditions of this "Our Legal Statement" when you order, purchase, trade, exchange, sell, send, deliver, consign, give away, subscribe to, are given or acquire in any manner any item or service offered by or related to us and/or when you contact or conduct any business with us.
